The franchisee should be financially qualified, have a  value system consistent with the  brand, and be gainfully employed with time flexibility.  The candidate should have proper management skills, a passion for the Hair Saloon concept and an understanding of the importance of local store marketing.  They should have a good understanding of the franchise business model and the importance of following franchisor's operational template.

Typical Franchisee Day:

A day in the life of a franchisee would include back-office bookkeeping duties, oversight of store activity (web-based POS system), and interaction with the store manager.  Visiting the store and shaking some hands will be the most enjoyable part of being an owner.
